Connection Issues - Proxy G-Lines
If you connect to the network and receive a message stating you have been G-Lined for being listed on an DNS blacklist, this message regards you. The easiest way to have this ban removed is to check your system for any spyware, then, visit the URL the ban message gives you. Once you have done this, wait a day after the G-Line was issued, and try reconnecting. If you have managed to remove the offending proxy, you should be able to connect as normal.
Connection Issues - TOR G-Lines
Unlike some IRC networks, we do not allow the usage of the TOR proxy system to connect to the network. The system has been abused by users, so therefore, we cannot offer access to it. Simply connect to the network with your normal host and your IP will not be visible to normal users.
Connection Issues - AUTO G-Lines
Any G-Line prefixed with “AUTO” is a G-Line set on your host by our network security service. These G-Lines are rarely set unless your nickname matches a common botnet pattern or is connecting during a botnet attack. If you would like to have one immediately removed, click here.
Connection Issues - G-Lined
If you connect with a G-Line message other than those described above, you have been G-Lined by an IRC Operator. These G-Lines are normally only issued due to direct abuse to the network. If you feel you were wrongly banned, click here.
How do I register a nickname?
